Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail using their standard first-class postal service. Kindly allow 21 days for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.
If you’d rather pick up your order at your earliest convenience then you can do so free of charge, by selecting the click and collect option at our online checkout. We’ll inform you when your items are ready to collect from our friendly Steward who resides in our little hut on the Hound Road Gate off Hound Road. Kindly note collections can be made from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm on non-matchdays.
PHYSICAL STORE OPENING TIMES.
Our physical shop is open on Monday – Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm. You’re welcome to park your automobile within our Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard (off Bridgford Road) and then wander down to our store which is located on the Radcliffe Road concourse, just past the Radcliffe Road Centre entrance. Kindly note that on matchdays there will be no access to the Store unless you have a valid match ticket.

Returning any of our items.
You may return any unwanted in-store or shop.trentrockets.com purchases, to us with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items may include faulty, incorrect, or damaged products within 28 days of purchase (kindly note certain exclusions may apply). Unwanted items can only be returned in a pristine and unused saleable condition, along with the original labels intact and any undamaged packaging. The returns postage charge will need to be paid by yourself.

How to return your online order to us.
complete the enclosed online returns form. When completing the form be sure to print your full name, email, and delivery address, as well as your contact telephone number. In the required boxes on the form insert the date, details of the items and the reason for your return (outlining any faults or issues). Kindly ensure you include the original dispatch note with the details above clearly provided.

Returning items purchased in-store.
Any items bought from any of our on-site retail stores can be returned to our main shop found on the Radcliffe Road concourse (during our advertised opening hours) or during a matchday if you hold a valid ticket.
Returns/exchanges processing times.
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days from the day we confirm your entitlement to a refund/exchange. Any refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Kindly be aware you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange when products are returned in a condition, we consider as used or unacceptable.
